What is the minimum order quantity?+
MOQ starts at 100 units per model and colorway. For rashguards and performance apparel, we can accept 50 units per style.
Do I need to pay for the pilot sample?+
The pilot sample is invoiced separately at cost + shipping. It is fully refunded against the first production invoice.
What is the average production time?+
60 days on average from pilot approval to shipment. Rush lanes (35–45 days) are available for federations and events.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We ship to the US, EU, LATAM, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, by air or sea, with full export documentation.
What artwork files do you accept?+
Vector: AI, SVG, EPS. Bitmap: PDF at 300 dpi or higher. Our design team can also prepare artwork from your reference.
What fabric options are available?+
Proprietary pearl-weave for BJJ (350–550 GSM), NYCO ripstop for tactical, 4-way poly-spandex for performance, and custom fabrics on request.
Can I use my own neck labels?+
Yes. Woven labels, printed labels and heat-transfer labels are all supported. We can also produce them for you.
Do you handle custom packaging?+
Yes: poly bags with your artwork, printed boxes, hangtags, tissue paper and inserts. Full unboxing experience under your brand.
Do you offer full OEM services?+
Yes. From concept sketch to shipping pallet under your brand — no shared molds, no royalty, tech pack retained for reorders.
How does private branding work?+
Your brand assets replace ours across labels, hangtags, packaging and marketing photography. We stay invisible to your end customer.
